Projects

Microcontroler

  • Degauss inverter
  • LED Display 7x80x2colours (red-green) 16 shades for both colours.
  • PC IO interface using PC parallel port in EPP mode
  • PIC18F452, code written in assembly
  • PC IO USB connection to PC with galvanic isolation
  • PIC18F452 program written in
  • Other microcontroller projects
  • For my own needs I designed 40 pin PIC and 8051/8052 development boards. Can be used with Bee-Prog (Elnec), and PIC-flash (Mikroelektronika). Some IO modules for this boards are available, and Mikroelektronika add on cards can be used with this boards.
  • Step motor controll, parametar setting using LCD and RS232.
  • Relay output card
  • Various LED Sequencers
  • DC-DC converters for battery powered advertizing displays

Controll systems

  • M10 - Mitsubishi FX 3 PLC, 2 CC-Link modules, 9 Servo systems MR-J3T series
  • Tray Sealer - Mitsubishi FX 3 PLC, 1 servo motor MR J3T
  • Batching scale - S7-315 2DP, Siwarex module
  • Waste water treatment faccility HOLCIM - Siemens S7-315PN/DP
  • Bag Filler and Weight station
2 FX3 PLCs, weight station has only 8 inputs and 16 outputs and 2 load cels, but this is the project I am most proud of. Measuring 2.5 kg lasts only 4 secounds with tolerances of ±8g. Machine has adaptive alghorithams for parameter adjustment, and experimental algoritham based on Smith predictor. This machine can be seen on YouTube. BagFiller video:
  • Cardboard Packer - Mitsubishi FX3 PLC, 3 MR-J3T servo systems video:
  • Tonner packaging machine - CJ1M – 23, 3 smart step servo systems.
  • Cardboard packer
  • Ready meal filler
  • Amerimax 2 machines for production of hinges and fixing on meshes, and one buffer machine.
  • Bottle Unscrambler - Mitsubishi FX3 PLC, 6 VFD-s. video:

Smaler PLC Projects
